Credit Repair Questions, Answered Before You Pay Anyone
The questions clients ask on the first call, with the same answers we give on the phone. If yours isn't here, ask it.
How long does credit repair take?
Most clients see the first results 30 to 45 days after the first dispute round, because the bureaus have 30 days to investigate. A full program usually runs three to six months depending on how many items are disputed and how the creditors respond.
Can you remove accurate negative items?
No, and anyone who promises that is misleading you. We dispute items that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or that the furnisher cannot verify. Accurate, verifiable items stay until they age off.
Do I have to sign up for texts to get help?
No. Text messaging is optional. You can leave the box unchecked and we will still call you back and work your file.
Is there a free consultation?
Yes. The first call is free and there is no obligation. We tell you honestly whether we can help before you pay anything.
What is a tradeline and will it fix my credit?
An authorized-user tradeline adds an established account's history to your file. It can help thin files and utilization, but it does not remove negative items. We will tell you if it is not the right tool for you.
Do you work with people outside Nevada?
Yes. Credit reporting is national and the work is done by phone and secure document upload, so we work with clients in every state. Our office is in Las Vegas, Nevada, for anyone who prefers to meet in person.
Will checking my credit with you hurt my score?
No. We work from the consumer reports you pull yourself, which are soft inquiries and do not affect your score.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on how many items need to be disputed and which services you choose. We quote a flat number after the free audit, and there are no charges before work is performed, as federal law requires.
Where to Go From Here
Start with the audit, read about repair if your report has negatives, or business credit if the declines are for your company. The about page explains how we work.
